How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Ronway Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Ronway Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Ronway Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

Filing Your Complaint

Send an email to contact@ronway.property with these details:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
